LIFT YOUR AGE REFUND POLICY

Lift Your Age is a digital training, nutrition and educational program. Access to digital course materials is provided after purchase.

Because customers receive access to proprietary digital content, training materials, videos, nutrition resources and downloadable materials following purchase, all sales are generally final once digital course access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the program, please contact us so we can assist with restoring access.

The included 30-minute private Strategy Session is part of the Lift Your Age program purchase and has no separate cash or refund value.

Optional medical or clinical services are not included in the $249 Lift Your Age program purchase. Medical evaluations, laboratory testing, prescriptions, medications and clinical services are handled separately through the applicable licensed medical practice and are subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements and charges.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
