1. INTRODUCTION AND BUSINESS IDENTITY

Lift Your Age (“Lift Your Age” or “LYA”) is a fitness, nutrition, strength-training, lifestyle, and educational brand operated under RevitaGlow Health, its holding company.

Throughout these Terms of Service (“Terms”), references to “Lift Your Age,” “LYA,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Lift Your Age and, where applicable, RevitaGlow Health as the holding company for Lift Your Age.

These Terms govern your purchase of, access to, and use of the Lift Your Age website, digital programs, educational materials, training programs, nutrition resources, videos, downloads, coaching and strategy sessions, and related non-medical services (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use the Services.

2. THE LIFT YOUR AGE PROGRAM

Lift Your Age provides fitness, strength-training, nutrition, recovery, lifestyle, and educational programming intended primarily for adults seeking to improve strength, muscle mass, physical function, nutrition, body composition, recovery, and sustainable lifestyle habits.

The Lift Your Age — 12-Week Strength & Nutrition System is currently offered as a one-time digital purchase for $249, unless another price, promotion, discount, or offer is expressly displayed at the time of purchase.

The program may include:

  • A comprehensive 12-week strength-training protocol
  • Progressive training and loading guidance
  • Exercise substitutions and movement guidance
  • A movement-coaching video library
  • High-protein nutrition education
  • Meal-building strategies
  • High-protein recipes and nutrition information
  • Downloadable program and nutrition materials
  • Recovery and lifestyle education
  • Sleep, mobility, conditioning, and joint-management guidance
  • One private 30-minute Lift Your Age Strategy Session
  • Educational information regarding optional clinical optimization services

Lift Your Age may periodically update, improve, reorganize, or expand program materials to improve the customer experience.

Such improvements do not create an obligation to provide additional products or services beyond those included with the customer's original purchase.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCT AND COURSE ACCESS

Lift Your Age is primarily a digital educational product.

No physical product is included with the $249 Lift Your Age — 12-Week Strength & Nutrition System unless a physical product is specifically identified as part of an offer at the time of purchase.

Following successful payment, customers are provided access to the applicable Lift Your Age digital course and program materials through our designated online course platform.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout and maintaining access to the email account associated with their purchase.

Course access is provided solely for the personal use of the individual purchaser.

Your purchase provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Lift Your Age materials for your own personal educational purposes.

Course access, login credentials, videos, downloads, recipes, training protocols, meal guides, written materials, graphics, and other proprietary content may not be shared with another individual without prior written authorization.

4. PAYMENT AND PRICING

Prices are displayed before checkout and are subject to change for future purchases.

The price applicable to your transaction is the price displayed and accepted at the time your purchase is completed.

Payment must be successfully processed before access to paid Services is provided.

Payments may be processed through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers.

Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy practices.

Unless an offer is expressly described as a subscription, the Lift Your Age — 12-Week Strength & Nutrition System is a one-time purchase and not a recurring subscription.

The current standard price is $249.

5. REFUNDS AND DIGITAL CONTENT

Lift Your Age provides customers with access to proprietary digital content following purchase.

Because customers receive access to digital course materials, training programs, videos, nutrition resources, recipes, downloads, and other proprietary information, sales are generally final once digital course access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased materials, contact Lift Your Age so reasonable efforts can be made to restore access.

The included 30-minute Strategy Session is part of the Lift Your Age program purchase and has no separate cash or refund value.

Additional terms are contained in the separately published Lift Your Age Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

6. PRIVATE 30-MINUTE STRATEGY SESSION

The Lift Your Age — 12-Week Strength & Nutrition System includes one private 30-minute Strategy Session.

The Strategy Session is intended to assist customers with matters such as:

  • Program implementation
  • Training goals
  • Exercise programming
  • Nutrition priorities
  • Recovery
  • Lifestyle habits
  • Program organization
  • General goal setting

Customers are responsible for scheduling their Strategy Session through the designated scheduling system and providing accurate contact information.

Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling whenever reasonably possible.

The Strategy Session is a coaching and educational service.

It is not emergency medical care and does not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

7. FITNESS AND EXERCISE DISCLAIMER

Physical exercise involves inherent risks.

These risks can include, among other things:

  • Muscle soreness
  • Strains and sprains
  • Falls
  • Joint injuries
  • Aggravation of existing injuries or medical conditions
  • Cardiovascular events
  • Other physical injuries

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically capable of participating in an exercise program.

You are also responsible for selecting exercises, resistance levels, repetitions, ranges of motion, training frequency, and intensity appropriate to your abilities.

Individuals with known medical conditions, injuries, significant symptoms, physical limitations, or concerns about their ability to exercise safely should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning or materially changing an exercise program.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience concerning symptoms including chest pain, fainting, severe or unusual shortness of breath, sudden neurological symptoms, or other symptoms requiring urgent evaluation.

No exercise, training method, or program is appropriate for every individual.

8. NUTRITION DISCLAIMER

Nutrition information provided through Lift Your Age is educational in nature.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Calorie, protein, carbohydrate, fat, fiber, and other nutrition values provided in recipes or educational materials are estimates.

Actual values can vary based on:

  • Ingredient brands
  • Exact portions
  • Preparation methods
  • Product substitutions
  • Cooking methods

Individuals with food allergies, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, prescribed diets, medication-related dietary restrictions, or other relevant medical considerations should follow individualized guidance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Lift Your Age nutrition education does not replace individualized medical nutrition therapy when such care is indicated.

9. RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

Individual results vary substantially.

Results can be affected by numerous factors, including:

  • Age
  • Genetics
  • Training history
  • Program adherence
  • Nutrition
  • Sleep
  • Recovery
  • Stress
  • Medical conditions
  • Medication use
  • Hormonal status
  • Lifestyle
  • Exercise execution
  • Consistency

Lift Your Age does not guarantee any particular amount of muscle gain, fat loss, weight loss, strength improvement, health improvement, physical transformation, or other result.

Testimonials, photographs, examples, case studies, or descriptions of individual outcomes are illustrative only.

They do not constitute a promise or guarantee that another individual will achieve the same or similar result.

10. REVITAGLOW HEALTH AND LIFT YOUR AGE

RevitaGlow Health is the holding company for Lift Your Age.

Lift Your Age operates as the consumer-facing fitness, strength-training, nutrition, recovery, lifestyle, and educational brand.

The relationship between RevitaGlow Health and Lift Your Age does not mean that purchasing the Lift Your Age program automatically enrolls a customer in medical services or entitles the customer to medical treatment, prescriptions, laboratory testing, medications, or clinical services.

The Lift Your Age program and any medical or clinical services are treated as distinct offerings unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. CLINICAL OPTIMIZATION AND MEDICAL SERVICES

Certain Lift Your Age customers may choose to discuss optional clinical optimization services.

Depending on individual circumstances, applicable law, medical appropriateness, and availability, such services may involve areas including:

  • Hormone optimization
  • Testosterone replacement therapy
  • Other hormone-related therapies
  • Weight-management treatment
  • GLP-1-based treatment
  • Peptide-related therapies
  • Other medically supervised optimization services

These services are not included in the $249 Lift Your Age program purchase unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

The Lift Your Age fitness and nutrition program does not diagnose medical conditions and does not determine whether prescription therapy is appropriate.

Any medical evaluation, diagnosis, laboratory testing, prescribing decision, prescription, medication fulfillment, clinical consultation, or medical follow-up is handled separately through the applicable licensed medical practice and appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.

Where required or clinically appropriate, a patient may be required to:

  • Complete medical intake documentation
  • Provide relevant medical history
  • Complete laboratory testing
  • Participate in a synchronous consultation with a licensed medical provider
  • Complete additional clinical evaluation

Completing a medical intake form or participating in a consultation does not guarantee eligibility for treatment or issuance of a prescription.

All prescribing decisions are made independently by the appropriately licensed medical provider based upon the patient's individual clinical circumstances.

Participation in Lift Your Age does not guarantee access to any medication or therapy.

12. NO EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

Neither Lift Your Age nor its ordinary coaching, course, scheduling, website, or email channels are intended for medical emergencies.

Do not use:

  • The Lift Your Age website
  • The course platform
  • Coaching communications
  • Email
  • The scheduling system
  • Social media
  • Program messaging

to seek emergency medical care.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service in your location.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Lift Your Age materials are owned by, controlled by, or licensed for use by Lift Your Age and/or RevitaGlow Health, as applicable.

Protected materials may include:

  • Training programs
  • Exercise protocols
  • Videos
  • Photographs
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Recipes
  • Meal guides
  • Written materials
  • Downloads
  • Course organization
  • Program structures
  • Educational materials
  • Website content
  • Proprietary methodologies

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a Lift Your Age program does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Customers may not reproduce, republish, resell, sublicense, distribute, upload, publicly display, copy for distribution, or commercially exploit Lift Your Age materials without prior written authorization.

14. PERSONAL USE ONLY

Program access is intended for the individual purchaser.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials
  • Give another individual access to your account
  • Upload course videos to another platform
  • Redistribute downloadable materials
  • Sell or sublicense Lift Your Age materials
  • Reproduce the program for commercial use
  • Use Lift Your Age materials to create a competing commercial product

Unauthorized sharing may result in suspension or termination of course access.

15. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

Notify Lift Your Age if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

Lift Your Age may restrict or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • Unauthorized account sharing
  • Fraud
  • Abuse
  • Unlawful activity
  • Unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials
  • Material violation of these Terms

16. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the Lift Your Age website, course platform, payment systems, scheduling systems, or Services.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting unauthorized access
  • Interfering with website or platform operation
  • Introducing malicious software
  • Committing or attempting fraud
  • Harassing personnel or other users
  • Infringing intellectual-property rights
  • Using the Services for unlawful purposes
  • Circumventing access controls
  • Unauthorized redistribution of program materials

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Lift Your Age and RevitaGlow Health may use third-party platforms and service providers to deliver portions of the customer experience.

These may include:

  • Shopify
  • Payment processors
  • Course-delivery platforms
  • Video-hosting providers
  • Scheduling platforms
  • Email providers
  • Cloud-storage providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Other technology services

Use of third-party services may be subject to those providers' respective terms and privacy policies.

Lift Your Age and RevitaGlow Health are not responsible for temporary interruptions, outages, changes, or failures caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

18. PROGRAM AND WEBSITE CHANGES

Lift Your Age may periodically update, improve, reorganize, replace, or discontinue portions of the website or Services.

Changes may be made for purposes including:

  • Improving program quality
  • Improving security
  • Updating educational information
  • Improving usability
  • Improving technology
  • Maintaining legal or regulatory compliance
  • Replacing outdated materials

Reasonable updates do not create an obligation to maintain every feature indefinitely.

We will not intentionally deprive customers of the fundamental digital program purchased without providing an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lift Your Age, RevitaGlow Health, and their respective owners, officers, personnel, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Customers remain responsible for decisions regarding:

  • Exercise participation
  • Exercise intensity
  • Nutrition
  • Lifestyle practices
  • Recovery practices
  • Whether to seek medical evaluation
  • Whether to participate in medical treatment

20. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lift Your Age, RevitaGlow Health, and their respective owners, personnel, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or reasonable costs arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Services
  • Your material violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of another person's rights
  • Unauthorized redistribution or commercial use of proprietary Lift Your Age materials

21. PRIVACY

Your use of Lift Your Age Services is also governed by the applicable Privacy Policy.

Personal information collected through Shopify, the course platform, scheduling services, email systems, or other ordinary Lift Your Age systems is handled according to applicable privacy practices and published policies.

Medical information submitted through a separate medical intake, patient portal, or clinical system is handled through the applicable medical practice and its patient-information and privacy procedures.

Customers should not submit sensitive medical information through ordinary Lift Your Age coaching channels unless specifically directed to an appropriate secure system.

22. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF ACCESS

Lift Your Age may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Fraud
  • Unlawful conduct
  • Unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials
  • Abuse of systems or personnel
  • Account sharing
  • Security concerns
  • Material violation of these Terms

Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature survive termination, including intellectual-property restrictions and applicable payment obligations.

23. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to RevitaGlow Health and its operation of Lift Your Age, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that apply under controlling law.

Any dispute will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and any legally required dispute-resolution procedures.

24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Where permitted, an invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose as closely as possible.

25. NO WAIVER

Failure by Lift Your Age or RevitaGlow Health to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the applicable:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Refund Policy
  • Digital Delivery or Shipping Policy
  • Other policies expressly incorporated by reference

constitute the agreement governing use of the Lift Your Age Services, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.

Separate medical or clinical services may be governed by additional patient agreements, informed-consent documents, privacy notices, financial policies, or other clinical terms.

27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to:

  • Lift Your Age Services
  • RevitaGlow Health operations
  • Technology
  • Business practices
  • Applicable laws or regulations

The current version will be published on the Lift Your Age website with an updated revision date.

Material changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise permitted or required by law.

Continued use of the Services following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
